What's Cooking November 20th

And just like, it’s the week of Thanksgiving! This week we’ll be traveling for a couple days, so I planned easy meals for the day we leave and return. I am also keeping breakfast and lunch simple, everyone is on their own.

Here’s what’s going down in my kitchen.

Monday- Leftovers
Tuesday- Pot Roast, Potatoes, and Carrots
Wednesday-Slow Cooker Chicken Hoagies
Thursday- I’m bringing salami wrapped green onions, these green beans, and chocolate cherry crock pot cobbler with vanilla ice cream.
Friday- Tomato Soup with Ham and Cheese Bombs
Saturday- Leftovers
Sunday- Cheater Korean Beef with Rice, and Broccoli

Breakfast- OYO {on your own}. There are eggs, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt with granola, bagels, and fruit.

Lunch- OYO.

Kitchen Day Prep

I bought a 10 pound ham on sale. So I will be portioning it out and freezing it to use in later meals.

I want to take a minute to say thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for taking time to read this blog. The Four One Nine was an idea I have had for a very long time. From my family to yours, Happy Thanksgiving! I will be taking the rest of this week off from posting. I’ll see everyone next week.
