What's Cooking November 6th
This week’s menu isn’t anything too crazy. I’m excited to try Sweet Thai Chili Chicken with Pineapple. It’s a new to me recipe and one I have seen floating around Pinterest for a while. Are you following me on Pinterest? I have an entire board called “Tried and True". This is my digital master list. The recipes I come back to over and over. I have shifted our leftover nights to the weekend (typically I spread them out through the week). I am working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. By Sunday, I’m usually not up to cooking before going in, so leftovers for the win.
Here’s what’s going down in my kitchen this week.
Monday- Chicken and Rice with TBD Vegetable
Tuesday- Sausage, Peppers, and Onions with Couscous
Wednesday- Sweet Thai Chili Chicken with Pineapple, Rice, and Stir Fry Vegetables
Thursday- Vegetable Soup with Ham and Cheese Bombs
Friday- BBQ Cheddar Turkey Meatloaf, Red Skin Potatoes, and Green Beans (rollover)
Weekly Breakfast- Pumpkin Waffles with Sausage and fruit.
Weekly Lunch-Chicken Salad
Kitchen Day Prep List
- Chicken Salad
- Pumpkin Waffles
- Cook Breakfast Sausage
- Make Chicken and Rice
Does anyone else find themselves peaking into other people's grocery carts at the store? Please tell me I am not the only one... For fun, here's a peak at mine from last week.
